About The Book:
This book contains forty carefully curated mantras that speak to your self care and relationships. Following each mantra is two pages of lined writing space, plus, each mantra is given its own page with plenty of empty space for doodling. Whether you are a novice writer or a professional, these forty mantras and writing prompts are designed to give you clarity and something to think about.
How does each mantra apply to, or manifest itself in your life? Do they remind you of a particular incident or experience? Do they remind you of something you’ve learned or need to learn? Write it down. In the event a mantra does not inspire you today, skip it and come back to it later.
This guided journaling gives you an opportunity to use your words to heal from, work through, and understand pleasant and not-so-pleasant moments in your life, while challenging your creative and retrospective writing skills.
Write as often as you’d like, taking on one mantra a day or one a week. Set a side a regular day and time to dedicate to your writing. Be sure to sit comfortably, in a quiet space, and give yourself more than enough time to reflect and write. Settle in with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, and your favorite treat. Use this book to release. Use this book to relate. When you’ve finally finished, look back at your writing and see how much you have grown, and how much your writing has advanced, emotionally and otherwise.
Most of all, enjoy this journey. It belongs to no one but you.
